Why can plenary indulgences release souls from purgatory, but the blood of Jesus can't?

Father Andersen, I found that the indulgence has been extended. Please do a small video so others can continue to pray throughout November for the Holy Souls. Thank you. Typically the indulgence is plenary each day from November 1-8; on other days of the year it is only a partial indulgence. However, the Apostolic Penitentiary at the Vatican has extended the chance to gain a Plenary Indulgence for the Holy Souls in purgatory to every day in the month of November for this year only.

Praying for the Poor Souls on this 8th day of November at the Seaside Cemetery here in Corpus Christi with my sister, Vivian, who is helping me during this time of great sorrow …. my most beloved friend of 18years, Waukeen Eastwood, passed away on October 20th! Please pray for his soul, and for his adult son, Cash, and daughter, Monica, who are in most need of conversion of hearts from their attachment to their father’s property as they are squabbling over their inheritance, even before their father was buried! How my heart grieves for the absence of my beloved and most dear friend. My grief needs to be carried with the help of everyone’s prayers, as this loss is affecting my health, physically and emotionally! Thank you, Fr.Andersen especially for your prayers! 🙏🙏🙏
