I have to respect some one that puts much more time and money into a car that cost about $7K when it was new.

Here in Australia, this car is also named as a holden barina, the modification of the seat belt idea, is illegal, as our cars must in the basic form stay as they came off the assembly line, and all mods you plan to do, could have to have a mod plate, which there is a fee, before you can modify the car, sounds stupid, but correct. many video's on the geo metro have sure helped me to repair and swap parts over, and keep our 2 1992 MH holden barina's on the road, many thanks for your video., .

I’d LOVE to own a 93 or newer Geo Metro Convertible in good condition with a 5spd manual transmission. I’d then swap out the 1.0L 3cyl engine with the Suzuki GT 1.4L , 100hp 4 cyl.
