ITS GOOD TO HAVE DIFFERENT TO DECIDE. I WANT REAL SINGEL PLAYER TOURNAMENTS BUT SADELY THEY ARE IN EA AND TIGER ON OTHER . I GO FOR TIGER BUT I WISH THEY HAVE THE SAME REAL SINGEL PLAYER GAME WITH THE NAMES.

PGA 2K we miss you

Finally a video where someone actually explains and helps understand how this game works. I've been playing golf games since back on the mega drive and all the Tiger woods games, but this had me cursing and swearing because the ball just wouldn't stay on the green and you have explained all the bits to help build my character up. Thanks very much 😃👍🏻

These are both on sale on Steam for their summer sale. under 10 for EA Pro Tour and $15 for 2k23. At those prices, I may just buy both.

EA way more realistic feel and the career mode is way better.

So many questions... first, I play 3-click swing. The 4 hole tourny's require analog. How do you learn how to use analog swing? It seems very foreign and difficult. Also... what do you mean "buy" stuff? I haven't earned any of those little green diamond shape points. Do you actually have to purchase that?

I'll be honest man, once the video got on the golf course 80% of that went clear over my head. What exactly is a swing plane, what do you mean by "being off-line" and what does that slow/fast/under/overswing tell you? What is it that I'm doing "slow"? How are you telling this "swing plane" is right? Frankly I don't really give it that much thought. But thanks for making it. One of the few things I like about EA is they make it possible to give a good challenge to people like RedGolf, but for mere mortals like myself who just want a casual game of golf every few weeks, we can make it work for us, though I wish the difficulty settings were more fine-tuned.

I do love your videos, however please keep in mind that many of us are brand new to golf, you mentioned that in your intro. And personally I don't know what you mean by those terms above. The stuff about feet being above or below the hole, lie slope and all that just makes my head spin if I'm being honest. For the swing itself I don't give it that much thought and I usually do okay enough to finish top 25 at average difficulty levels, I've never really worried much about swing plane or any of that. That's what I like about this as opposed to 2k. 2k23 is so picky about timing, even a tenth of a second off will send the ball sideways. EA is much more reasonable so as long as the fast/slow is within 2-3% I'm perfectly fine with that.

EA has now since patched in 60fps so that makes a difference, but I disagree on the sim portion. I feel like EW is a better golf sim, harder, more punishing, like the real game. They do have rookie/beginner aspects thatake it arcade but the game as a whole isn't

My question is , How satisfying is it playing the game on the pc , as opposed the Xbox . I have both , and a high def monitor as well . But is the latency issues ive seen mentioned off and on - need to be addressed , and degrade the game as opposed on each system , since one uses the Xbox online system , and the other uses Steam .?

Game is rigged trash. You’ll find out quickly. Green reads and putting alone makes this game AA garbage at best.

What is that Black line in your swing plane? Keep seeing it on gameplay videos and it drives me nuts because i cant find it anywhere in game

You simply put the game on "simulation" and it does not feel arcade. I play on "tour" and there's no spin. Also if you want real Sim, you turn the shot shaping on, and you have to swing the left stick diagonally to draw or fade the ball. The "arcade" settings are simply just like putting any game on easy. You have to make a decision to make it more realistic or make it unrealistic.

The great thing about golf… when you don’t play your best…you can let go…and root for the other guys. I wish congratulations to Kyle Schulte, our course pro for breaking the course record with a *64! This guy works harder than anyone I know, is calm, grounded, modest and is making his mark on this game, the game we love so much. Congrats my friend!

Good stuff fella, I like playing against my old man, mainly on the golf club 2k, it's cool playing him on our local course. Wishing team 🇺🇸 the worst of luck this weekend lol !!!Must admit I don't like how the LIV players aren't eligible, probably slightly weakens the USA, well that's what I hope anyway. Spectacular! Would have loved to hear more of your thoughts about the club. I watched when you bought it at the show. Talk about the feel, whippy? Seemed like really low ball flight and you were babying the swing a bit, is that right? Fun challenge.

The fact that there are two great golf games to choose from is awesome... We need to support both so the competition continues.

I think you have the EA corner & 2K23 corner. They are both great golf games and both offer different experiences, so I bought both. If I want to chill & relax I play 2K23. If I want a challenge & work for it, I play EA.
