Hi!
Welcome to my channel, here you will find videos on Woodturning and Woodworking, but mainly Woodturning.
I started turning in 1994 and I use several different types of lathes. I mainly use Oneway 1224 and 2436 lathes, with which I will show you how to turn special pieces from mysterious wood from Scandinavia and lapland.
Over the years, I have participated in woodturning courses taught by the likes of Stuart Mortimer, Richard Raffan, Johannes Rieper, Kurt Johansson and Jimmy Clewes, to name a few.

I just saw your videos today, they are terrific! A friend wants me to make 12 Pickleballs. They look similar to the one in this video except I do not need spikes. Did you make your own ends to hold the sphere and did you make the chuck the sphere sits in to drill it? Thank you.

I turned my big bowl a couple years ago. Took a few pictures of my granddaughter inside of it. What fun!! Glad I got it out of my system!
Hi! Thank you for your comment! You have turned a really big bowl. It's not difficult, but a lot of work and thinking about attaching the blank carefully. Of course need a big lathe. Really Nice big bowl but i would have Cored about 6 smaller bowls out of the inside instead of throw it all the floor

I have long wondered if nested balls was possible on a lathe. You proved it IS possible and for me it is still impossible. I haven't learned how to make a sphere on a lathe! Great video!

Wonderful to see! My Great-Grandmother's brother was disabled by Kaiser Bill's poison gas in World War I. He was taught furniture making as vocational rehabilitation. When I was a child I was fascinated by the balls in cages that adorned some of his work. I have no idea what tools or machines he used.
I've seen he do it, but I still don't think it's possible.

The fastest way to remove chips.
@@JarnoKorhonenWoodturning push cut with 40/40 grind is even faster, and so much safer. But keep on taking unnecessary risks.
