Good advice on tape removal approximately 10 minutes after final clear coat has been applied!
Good stuff. What was the the final drive ratio? What was top speed. Im looking for 16mph stock cart speeds. Thanks
I bought this same kit recommended by you...Ive never felt more dumb...I just cannot figure out the wiring :(
I need rims an wheel for same axle kit we’re u find them any link
I'm building the same thing but I'm having firing problems. changed everything from stator to new wiring harness any help is appreciated.
Did you have to ground the swing arm the motor is sitting on?
Yes make are the parts you can joseph
Great video and explanation!👍 But $55 dollars for a can of paint and clear! is a lot of money if you think about it. And you said.... It was just $55 dollars!😆 Still a ton cheaper than having a body shop do it for you for sure! Thanks for sharing it.👍
Awesome videos! Thank you for posting
Excellent video
What is the length was the throttle cable you used?
You sir, are my my spirit animal.
Excellent instructional. You explain things very clearly. Thanks
I have the same bike what size of fuse does it take
Those cabinet hooks need spacers at the bottom so the cabinet hangs plumb... I ended up using a 1/4" x 1" wood trim strip for the spacing behind the cabinet and anchored directly to the sheetrocked studwall using the 1/4" wood piece at the screw anchor locations as well to keep from warping the panels.
Hi, I wish I had all your old parts axle and motor and electrical. cool build hope it turn out good.
The emojis had me crying 😂 thanks so much for the info I'm doing my Kawasaki 1600 nomad at the moment
If I have a color with a mid-coat (glitter-sparkle effect) should I also hit it left to right up and down or am I good to just go left to right?
I would hit all angles so the flakes shine from all angles
I have one of these bikes. Mine will die when throttle is applied or when choke is turned off. Why is this?
Clogged low idle jet need to clean the carbs
In order to get approved for the permit do you need to have a valid drivers license as well
Thanks. The mounting brackets seemed confusing, but now it's clear thanks to this video.
What about Virginia?
You have to check with them. I don't know each and every state But you can call down to your D.M V, and they will give you a list of things you need TO DO
Can we use Plasti dip instead? Also, do we have to remove everything or can we do it while everything is still attached?
You can use plasti dip and yes you can do it with all attached there is multiple ways to do it. This is just 1
Did you ever upload the stl?. I didnt see it on there.
I am in the process of having a patent put on them, and I have fine-tuned them. I will be selling them on a website soon.
What is a kind of green pad, you are doing ?
Green scotch bright pad
How was the mess left by all the plasti dip around the truck afterward?
Not bad. I did it in the grass, so one mow and it was gone
Great Video! Nice work!
Can you show me where you got the motor and part number of the motor
amzn.to/3XC3qfk
That is the one I got
Just GIVE UP, you CAN'T do it... It's time yo take it to a shop OR buy a press from HF 😬

Getting ready to buy a 2017 LaCrosse this is a very useful video thank you much for taking the time and trouble to show use how it's done. Now I know who to contact if I have any questions.
Getting my first bike this weekend. Oh what a treasure it is lol. A 1985 honda shadow 600. Me and my friend are going to get it running.
Where did you get those forks covers ? Idk the name lol
A smidge of orange peel on that clear coat, but you'd only notice if it you're looking for that.
Wow! I’m sure the paint matches nicely. But you are good what you do🫡
I like the live axle.
My 09 vulcan 500 has leaking seals as well, anyone have a link to the seal kit?

Where did you get the rubber boots at?
amzn.to/4fBOBBp These are the boots I ordered the ones on the bike now I made on a 3d printer
@@trucksandjunk6190 thank you. Do you have the stl?
I found this video very helpful, as I am looking forward to making my Yerf Dog a bit quieter. Now that I know a bit more on what I need to do, I just need to figure out how to solve the rattling engine.
Man… my bike had so much chrome . Just finished sanding. Took a week. My hands and fingers are so sore. Used sand sponges on dremal for hard to reach areas
Would you sell that slip yoke?
How much is the entire setup? And do u need a license for kids under 18 or 16?
Howdie are willing to sel the intake of it ? My son burned ours up using either of alĺ things ha ha so just asking if its possible to do that if the motor is junk thks again for time ya got lots to do he found ya my son so wants to build one of these things is it worth it? Lots of cash to dish out time is free cause its family time he says beter than 🍻 right ? Thks for sharing with us keep it up let me know 😊
Hi, thank you for watching I will probably be fixing the engine for the build, so I will need the intake .But I was able to locate one on amazon for a good price .I think it may help you out . amzn.to/4cDQT1a And building things to have fun with is always the way to go It gives an understanding of how things work and don't work lol, and when you are done with the build, it gives you a sense of pride that hay I built that, but it Takes time and a little money. On the other hand, it is cheaper than going to buy a manufactured go cart most of the time .
@@trucksandjunk6190 thks so much that will work keep it up lm learning to on these builds
This is awesome! Watched the whole build and subbed. That said, how has it held up since you completed the build? Any issues or anything you would have done differently? I was considering doing a predator 670 build, but the three speed seems like way more fun. Thanks!
It has held up awesome, but I would have preferred to use the original rear end due to the problem with turns. Other than that, it has ben awesome .
Awesome. Thanks!
Good stuff!
Nice work. Good process and talk through. Thanks.
It worked i just did mine. Thank you
Glad to see Oscar is back!
Hi, I would have checked oil, made sure crankcase wasn't full of fuel? than I would of cleaned the engine, got all the dirt and grime off, started it and let it run for awhile, and checked for leaks. If crank was over full, could push oil out from places it normally wouldn't.
Agreed, the only reason I didn't is because the previous owner said it had a hole in the block, so I want to take it apart before starting it to minimize damage. Otherwise, I would have fired it up just to see it blow, lol 😆
Now that I have tires, do you know what bolt size will fit the wheel hubs, this is the ONLY video on my axle and you’ve been SUCH a help!
amzn.to/4bakAFq this link is a wheel that is made for that axle. If you want a more stylish wheel, it is a 4×110 lug pattern, which is also a suzuki four-wheeler lug pattern .
