Both the multiple arms guy, and the witch cult woman were basically already revealed in the LN, so I guess it isn't much of a spoiler to say who they are? In fact, arms guy is ONLY in the LN, as in, his name and stuff, it's meant to be a massive reveal, but obviously, he was cut from the anime, same with the woman(as in, Wilhelm saying her name), and the reveal of her abilities, they make some of the weirdest cuts in the anime, like Alderbaraan's whole ass MASSIVE reveal in season 1, that I won't discuss if you didn't know

For your point of Subaru not wanting to die, well nothing irreversible happened yet. Sure Emilia was taken but Regulus made it clear he wanted her alive. So if she is not dead Subaru see no reason to reset because he can just go get her back (with the help of others). Not to mention that one of the other reasons aside from not wanting to rely on Rbd and learning to love himself, remember that "alternates timelines" are still a possibilities. Subaru doesn't know if what he saw in his "unthinkable present" trial (where the timelines after he dies continues) really happened or not. So with the possibility of them being real, he also doesn't want to die because it would be the same as abandoning this Emilia and all the others from this timeline.
