Love your content. Lived in China for 7 years. You have a great, authentic transmission.

Haha, sorry, I learned Chinese in the Fujian dialect. Here is pinyin and hanzi (Fu zheng qu xie 扶正祛邪)

Is there a connection between the viewing of the interior - exterior worlds and the medical condition of glaucoma ? In other words, is the narrowing of a person's visual field and gradual loss of vision acuity related to the brain ? Hun - Po ? What about the Liver connection and anger / resentment ?
I have enjoyed listening to you and your explanation of Yi Jin Jing and its meaning and purpose. As a matter of fact it is the most meaningful explanation that I have heard yet, thank you. Will you be having a new course on this practice in the future?
I'm also looking for other masters such as yourself for a place to settle my Lung Ying (Southern Dragon). My Si Gung was Chow Fooks (Pak Mei- CLC Lam Yiu Gwai- LY) prized student
I used Yi Jin Jing to heal my MS 10 years ago. And its a different form than this. Can we please work together? You'd change my career as I am probably the biggest Adam Chan fan
Hello I am huge fan of Adam Chan. I understand you know way more than me, but I'm an expert in Silk Reeling Qi gong. Can we please work together? I'm Certified in Silk Reeling and have worked along side Physical Therapist using this. You'd be doing me a huge service sir.
Nice explanation. I got a book Taoist yoga alchemy and immortality By .. Lu Kwan Yu Charles yuk I wonder if you’re familiar with him or any of his writings Very amazing person Deeply into Taoism and Buddhism
I am amazed by the gentleness and power of this practice. Thank you for sharing in such a generous way.
Try this. It really worked for me. I am pleased to have this tool. Thank you Dr. Mike.
I love this, but you are being extremely long winded. Not really a good advertisement for higher consciousness
Thank you
Thank you
Also a map of the brain from top veiw and body bottom to top
This reminds me of the model shown in Egyptian art the one that looks like an astronaut.
Thank you for this series. It is informative and filled in lots of blank knowledge areas for me. Perhaps looking to "North Star" is metaphorically looking to purely spiritual (as opposed to looking South is being wordly/physical). The "Heart" area is being watered from the "Head" area not body. The symbolism looks a lot like the 5 Koshas (ignorance blocks) that block Atma (infinite consciousness) in Hinduism.
This is awesome! Thanks so much for this amazing collection of insights!
So much fascinating information. Please slow down a bit on the next one. The info is coming too fast for me to absorb. Thanks very much!
can't slow down. I am playing with algorithms. most of this series has to be one minute long
I thought maybe that was what was happening 😊
I really love embodied with spirit....do you also do a more active Qi gong too ty?
Beautiful practice! Incredibly generous of you to share this series. Your descriptions help me feel the movements more deeply and add a level of gentle purpose that also enhances practice.
Wow, this was great. Thank you for your words and teaching! They really resonated with me. And way to go , staying calm while experiencing such adventures first thing. 🙌🙏
Love it! Thanks so much for sharing.
🙏
Excellent stuff!
Thank you for the reading! This is such a beautiful and multidimensional map and I really appreciate you sharing your insights and perspectives.
Be like water🙏
Wait ya got fer me bud?
Thanks for making this. As a western beginner in internal alchemy, your breakdown of the neijing tu In English is really helpful and your perspective is interesting.
❤ a great breathing technique
Receipe, please.
It's shown at the 4:00 mark of the video
Thanks so much for sharing and looking forward to trying this
Est ce que ça crée de l'énergie dites moi
Very interesting video!
This is excellent. I can't tell you how excited I am about the upcoming videos of the Neijing Tu. I study alchemy and recently have been exploring Taoist Alchemy (I've been reading the Tao since I was a teenager) this video alone really helped with my understanding of the Nei Jing Tu's incredible work of art and philosophy. Thank you!
Thank you
Thank you very much for sharing these. They are very helpful in conjunction with the book.
What a great opportunity to learn!
a jewel for me is that no matter WHO you are, "if a person gets nervous or upset they're going to want to blow off some steam and change how they feel, and to trust that it's a natural instinctual need". Before watching this again for the first time, in my naive understanding I was trying to not get triggered at all. ie. control instead of surrender to what shows up, and consequently was down on my self so strived to try harder. my thinking was that I was getting no where in my practice. this in itself was a great state shift and awareness for me. good one!
Perfect timing, thank you for the teaching!
