I hope a lot of people watch this video. Senator Dela Cruz was very abusive towards the Technical support staff, while not demonstrating an in-depth understanding of the law or the methodology involved in trying to arrive at the best count "practicable" of the non-resident population. And Senator Morikwaki, as chair, did not live up to her responsibilities for establishing at least a minimum level of decorum. As a former student of Professor LaCroix, towards whom I continue to feel personal affection from his generosity as a professor, I am disappointed he allowed his expertise to be weaponized, even though he remained polite himself, he saw how abusive Dela Cruz was towards his fellow professionals who have a thankless job of wrestling with a difficult project. I appreciate that he did say his idea might find support in the constitution, but might NOT be possible under statute. I assume he recognizes that his preferred approach is inconsistent with the wishes of the two senators he was helping? Dela Cruz and Moriwaki pushed hard to not extract any non-residents during the last session. They tried to over rule the State Supreme Court's decision in Solomon by imposing their definition of "permanent resident" as anyone counted by the Census. I am not a lawyer, but I did hear Senator Gil Keith-Agaron in one of their hearings ask rhetorically whether people were aware you cannot overrule the Supreme Court's interpretation of the Constitution through legislative action? That it would require a constitutional amendment?

Do away with the football program, Other programs have brought NCAA National Championships. But the Football program has never and will never do that! We should have options as they are available and so this is not an emergency use. Additionally, there is not a medical community consensus on this for children or mandate use, yet those medical whistleblowers, even the mRNA creator, the VP of Pfizer, the PCR creator, and former NIH admin among immunologists, virologists, doctors, nurses etc are walking away from their incomes and begging people to listen to them and look at all the science, because the science of how this works in the body, findings thus far, and data do matter, so all should be available to discuss and review.
