Beautiful half dime. Wow coin, for sure.
I bought only one Funbox to try it out. It was a 1927 Peace Dollar in MS-62 (9.2) in a purple core. The purple core holders are heavy though, and mine weighed in at close to 67 grams.
What were the coins.?
How can you value a gold nugget that has no assay? You don't know the purity.
thanks for buying these and showcasing whats in them, definitely not worth it for me thanks for the vid!
nice
He has no idea what that Hawaiian coin is with!! Great grade
It says MS64 on the 3 cent piece.
Put the dime into Greatest Collections!
The red core is a half dime. Basically half the silver weight of a dime. The precursor to the modern nickel that didn’t come around till 1883. MS64 is very high grade for that series. NGC price guide puts it at $1500.
The half dollar has fifty cents incused into where the reeded edge would be. That is one of several types for that series. The 8 translates to an AU-50 so the value is around $360 on that one. This is the first video in about ten where someone pulled quality. Most of the others been opening sub $200 coins.
always keep the winners
I’m not a fan of the vault box stuff. But with 45+ years of experience I would keep everything that is in the red core because it’s not going to go down.
Yeah I hear ya. Offerings like this seem to get new collectors into the hobby which is good.
nice set up
How much for a build like this
It highly depends on the ASIC miner itself. Those can range from a few hundred to $20K+. But the secondary material/equipment shown here can be sourced for under $1k. ROI can be fast but it's a huge risk against time (increasing mining difficulty, coin price change, etc). Probably would not recommend large-machine mining at home unless you're very bored like I am.
Those coins are beyond cool.
those grades very od graded like comicbooks and baseballcards on a 10 point scale coins are graded on a 70 point scale and have been since 1986 for slabs lot of questions there
Totally agree, it will naturally make them a bit more difficult to resell. But they place a grading scale card to convert their 10 point scale to the traditional 70 point scale which helps.
What a waste of money
lol if you say so but those are coins that are way out of my league so getting them like this would be fun and worth every penny spent
@@redschafer7804sounds dude would bust them open and spend for face value for less than a buck ...
Finally someone got a coin I would pay more than $400 for! Now fast, go play lotto!!!!!
Nice finds. Thanks for sharing
Just think one day a stranger will be opening a package with your pocket change in it lol.
The 1836 is awesome too au50 equivilemt is a nice pop
What a score on the red core i was shocked by the value when i looked them up
These are really awesome i had no idea vault box was even a thing sweet
Yeah check them out, but know that depending on the offering they sell out anywhere between 5 to 45 min per the last few releases
Super nice pickups. Great value on those for sure.
Interested in the red core for my collection if selling
Got lucky with those, nice job
Very lucky w/ 2 nice coins, imo.
no it sold out in 3 minutes, because I didn't get one
You got lucky , you had like a 1 in 50 chance of making your money back 😂
Great pickups
Wait what really ? You don’t want a like or a sub 😂
gold is 2200 a gram , MS grade goes to 70 so a 9.9 is like 68+ or 69 so near perfect , 70 is a perfect coin ,Congrats Sir
$3000 commem
Cool half buck
Hey do you want sell the 1928 Hawaii coin thanks
If anyone’s wondering the melt value of the gold nugget is about $160 plus some collector value. The gold dollar is a 4 to $500 coin. The red core Hawaiian commemorative is about a $2500 coin. It’s always interesting that people pay big bucks for these boxes and then don’t even know if they’ve won or lost after they’ve opened them.
I love the 2nd coin
Beautiful coins
Gday mate , just subbed . Cool video 👍
So sad to watch video like this. You have clearly no idea about ancients, but hey if gambling is your thing then more power to you.
More fun than playing slot machines.
Loved those coins. Fantastic variety. Vault box is definitely not boring. Will you be getting Series 7?
You got great coins, great variety, and great condition. If I got those, even at current retail price, I’d be happy. To get it at original listing price is sweet. Congrats
Supposed to be a note of history on each coin. Best part IMO
You got some great coins and a fantastic variety. You more than made your money back.
One dude is watching this! In fact, you may encourage me to start making my own videos.
Bro plz keep making videos like this, this was hilarious
Fantastic--we've got even more unenthusiastic reviews coming for expensive products that no one really needs... we'll keep ya posted.
