Dude I worked in a restaurant ages ago and the sous chef kept complimenting on what a star I was and how clean I am and all this stuff and one day I finally turned to him and said, “Bro, the way you’re so pumped about me washing my hands is really starting to freak me out” lmaooo this is not an “exceptional case” it’s just washing my hands….

If your clean what's the difference between scratching your armpit and barley touching your junk to pee? Especially if you don't pee on your hands or something nasty.

Everything life is tradeoffs and consequences, completely agree. You can't live with guilt free happiness, whether through food, excessive screen time, excessive sex or frankly excess of anything. Success comes with sacrifice. The idea you cant enjoy life because you had to eat roast chicken instead of a burger and fries is hilarous.
