Omg my aunt is the reason I had video games she gave me her nintendo her xbox and then lastly her playstation my grandparents got us a 64 and the nintendo im assuming my aunt gave us because my parents dont game at all and we had one in the house from my first memeory. I however did not play sonic but had a best friend who was a huge fan and insanely good even at just like 12 years old she was so good I couldnt even muster the confidence to play after watching her 😂

When you really think about it, now is the best time to be open as a Sonic fan. If you’re ten or younger, you’re the target demographic, if you’re older you grew up playing Sonic generations which is one of the best 3d games in the series. If you’re in your twenties you grew up with the Adventure games on Dreamcast or their GameCube ports. If you’re in your thirties or older, you played the original games on the SEGA genesis as a kid. In your fourties? You must’ve played the genesis games as a teenager. Fifties or older? You were a parent of these kids.
