Hi how are you can we do half cut with this machine ?

I installed it but it looks suspect. They want you to remove the cover that protects the components in the tool head, but they don't include a new, smaller cover in the kit to replace it with. So you're using the XTool without the protective cover now. They must have had a good reason to design that cover, but now they want you to use the machine without it. Seems odd.

Hey awesome video, could you please tell me how to get darker designs when you engrave? I am using 3 mm wood and the triangles cos I am also cutting but when I first tried, the designs were much darker, thanks!!!

I really need help and custpmer service has been crap for me. I spent over a hour trying to thread that piece that goes over the laser and needs to be lined up right. Every way I thread it it always ends up being tight the wrong way. What am I doing wrong? Please help 😢
