Thanks for posting.
druggist , sorry, my spelling sucks, lol what do you expect, i went to Mc Kay lol glad i got out of there in fifth grade... (as i had to stay back once i moved) the teachers had a great vacation NOT teaching once that school was built. (i went to Edgerly first and second)
i was brought up next door to the old lady's home,, (22 Cedar) it was still in operation as i grew up, i knew many lady's there,, was so much fun to visit as i was a kid. Since then, my old house went thru the mill, with ownerships etc, the house for some reason is still staning,, as it was ruined quite a bit. Glad to have the memories tho. My dad was the third owner of 22 Cedar too. was built the same year as the old lay's home, 1890. A drugest had built 22 by the name Joel, then the Highets , then us, the Smiths. we moved out in 1974. my dad had bought it in 1965. I'm 60 now. shhhhhhh lol
l was stationed at Ft. Devens oct. 1965 to july 1966 with the 196th light infantry brigade.

Thank you
When I was little my mom and I would walk there and shop. My favorite thing I remember getting was my Barbie shorts set. I wore it and felt so fancy. It was a wonderful place.

G'day Mr Ron, You obviously had good intentions when you made this video, sadly, it's almost totally pointless. Countless thousands of people, even those who are not aircraft enthusiasts, would not classify the B-29, the B-36, the F-86 and about a dozen others as "forgotten". Apart from that mistake, the greatest fault of this video is that you didn't bother to place graphic labels on each photograph. What is the point of saying here's a list of "forgotten military planes..." and then not identifying them? You are actually perpetuating your contention that these aircraft will continue to be 'forgotten'; even though many of them are among the most famous USAAF and USAF aircraft to ever be mass produced for the Air Force and allied air forces around the world. I hope that in the intervening years, since this video, you've got better at actually providing the facts and information you promise in your videos' titles. Regards, Bill H.
A superb presentation. I learned to swim at Mirror Lake. Sweet memories.
my father was pilot on loocked t33 in yugoslavian army.
Ron, at 3:19 is a b-25 named"beautiful ohio". Any information on that aircraft? Thanks
I wish I did I can my friend Rocco he was in Korea at that time and served for 4 years in the Army. These came from my uncles collection he was a professional photographer for the military and throughout his life. He took many photos of the villages of ordinary people I found it interesting.
Britain has banned the painting of "nose art" on military planes in case it might offend some people. WOKES are such delicate sensitive souls.
I grew up in Leominster.Once a month Rockdales had a celebrity come in. My basketball was signed by Kareem Abdule Jarbar, my baseball glove was signed by maybe Willy Mayes (Not sure but it was a big name). I had all sorts of stuff signed by sports legends. Then I left the store and played with them and their names rubbed off. Still have the glove from maybe 1969.
What is that 4 engined sea plane with the counter rotating props and the turboprop engines?
Convair Tradewind
It appears Cado produced few molds in 2020. Can this channel confirm that everything is alright with the company? The demand for USA made blow molds is causing the vintage market to skyrocket pricing year after year. We cant lose CADO 🙁
THANK YOU ELLEN AND FRANNY
We ate today here and loved it
I was stationed at Ft. Devens from late 1975 to mid-1978, assigned to/with 10 Special Forces Group. The only scene I even begin to recognize/recall here is the Mirror Lake one. The rest must have been from the '20s thru '50s or early-mid '60s.
My grandfather worked there for many many years. Warrant officer Allen T Morris???? anybody know him at this time? Any information will help thanks.
If they did a launch of old molds for 2 years they would see the demand is bigger now than ever
Thank you for posting this. I’ve always wondered what the blow mold process looked like. Would love to see the painting process if you ever go back. Glad Cado is still around, after the other holiday blow mold factory closed. They are all who remain.
Thank you there is a planned trip when they make the Pink Flamingo we want to film the mold room.
Classic Slideshows awesome!!! Can’t wait. Would of been cool to see the process of the snowman, but I’ll be waiting for the flamingos.
Wow. I wonder how many of the old Union molds Cado has in storage?
Thanks we maybe be going back soon when they actually mold the Pink Flamingo I'll ask him than.
Thanks one of the questions will ask next time we visit soon.

I was 24 years old when this took place. I remember my little brother and I rode our bikes from our home on 10th st and watched the parade from the area of C&M pizza. Much easier on the bikes than parking my truck. Great memories!
Very nice
