your cpu is bottlenecking your gpu i play with the same graphics settings and get 300+ fps. you could probably play with higher graphic fidelity and get around the same fps because your gpu is hardly being used since performance mode is mainly cpu based. ram may also be a bottleneck but not as much as the cpu maybe like a 5-10% difference if you get above 16gb. (edit: i have a 3060 and ryzen 7 5700x)
I know this is like a low end budget build but I get pretty much the same fps on the pc I had before last week which has a 1060 and ryzen 5 3400g... my current pc though has a 4080 super + r7 9800x3d and I bought it with my own money at 15 years old from selling fortnite cheats in my bio

bro you have a huge bottleneck, you need to check your cpu and gpu % cause you should be getting at least stable 300 fps in og fortnite

Fortnite is a cpu heavy game, his 4070 is probably not even close to 100% utilization when playing

Works as of 12/6/24, if you see "username already taken" that just means someone used the same letters for the word. Like I wanted "Brad" but someone used the B, so i did Bradley with the letters and it worked.
