Power Plant I love and enjoy every level but Seaside Hill is really easy and overated, while Lost Jungle and Power Plant still give me anxiety whenever I get close to the alligator and lava sections. Grand Metropolis and Casino Park are most nostalgic for me, and Mystic Mansion is just freaking phenomenal with it's music, aesthetic, and challenges it gives you, such a genius level!

My ranking: 5. Sonic CD - I LOVE the visuals and both soundtracks. But the level design is a pure mess and that really knocks the game down for me. 4. Sonic 1 - A good game with memorable levels but the sequels improved on it in every way. 3. Sonic 2 - Just a great game all around and a huge improvement from Sonic 1. 2. Sonic Mania - An absolutely amazing game that I never thought I'd get to play. Juuust a little too gimmicky to make #1, plus it only had 4 entirely unique levels. 1. Sonic 3 & Knuckles - What can I say, my favorite platforming game of all time! The perfect Sonic game.

I never played S3&K and barely played CD and 2 considering I was born in the modern era but I still like classic games. I mostly played 1 and Mania (I had a sega genesis with sonic 1 and 2 and played CD’s Mobile Port so I’ll be ranked all the games except for S3&K because I never played it. Ok let’s start 5: Sonic 1. It was a good introduction to the series but doesn’t have that much to offer 4: Sonic CD. I’m not 100% sure if this has spin dashes or not but I am sure that it introduced metal sonic which is already a +1 which puts it above sonic 1. The zones look good and it’s soundtrack is too. The same can be said for sonic 1 but metal sonic and Amy really helped boost that popularity level. 3: Sonic 2. it introduces Tails, Spin Dashing and Super Sonic. That’s literally it it’s awesome even if I never got super sonic 2: Sonic Mania. It’s basically all 1, CD and 2 put together. It looks really good and you can start the story with knuckles or tails and that’s really cool. Also it has the phantom ruby but idk if that was from mania or forces that introduced it first. This is in my opinion so don’t kill me for your opinion. 1: Sonic Mania +. It’s literally sonic Mania with Mighty, Ray and Encore Mode so In my opinion it’s freaking awesome

Lol I just realized while watching this video the first kirby game kirby in dreamland and the first sonic game can be compared to because they have 1 thing in commen they don't have a move that's a staple of the franchise

No matter what, Sonic CD is the best Sonic game in my opinion. The super peel out, the time traveling, hunting down the robot generators, THE MUSIC... everthing works so well together!!! Love the vid 🖤💚🖤💚
