Hello, can anybody send the link to download the internal ACS800 rdcu firmware file to upload with drive windows?

Hi I will try to change the drive I'd from 2 to 1 by using HMI but I cannot, anybody have the reason and why

Brother, I have problem when I want to restore the Backup Package but the DriveWindow displayed "Package <filename.BPG> contains no backup that can be restored to drive <drivename> (Error 0X80004005). Can you tell what is wrong here? I've make sure that Backup process is done well before.

Sir i just saw your vdo. Sir i am in process of uploading software in RDCU-2C. Sir in tye backup package do we have both files for INU and ISU? Because when i am trying to upload INU file it says drive not compatible, but ISU has been uploaded easily. Please respond to my query sir.

SIR PARAMETER 99.06 NOMINAL CURRENT DOES NOT CHANGE FROM ( 0 ), WHILE ENTERING NAME PLATE DATA , WHY IT IS SO ?? ALL OTHERS PARAMETERS OF MOTOR DATA IS CHANGING . ALSO THE PARAMETER GROUP 20 , CURRENT LIMIT IS ALSO NOT CHANGING . BUT THERE IS NO PARAMETER LOCK . CAN YOU SUGGEST ANY TIPS >??

Can please help me to salve this issue. CDP-312R control panel not communicate with drive. It is just shows on top line version and card details. Bottom line just show ......... And it is repeat again. Control panel not start up ...I try to replace the new control panel still same as old control panel..... Can you help me how to slave this issue.
