Congratulations to your success and monetization on TH-cam! I am a hobby/part time TH-camr, I started uploading shorts back in May and I realized that I needed to focus on having a niche and create long form videos. My first 3 months I had less than 100 subs and my early videos was barely getting 500 views. Then come October my videos views spiked drastically to 5k-50k views after learning to do better thumbnails, titles, tags, editing, and adding music. I got monetized early Dec, and my first month of revenue is only $23. My goal is to consistently to upload one video a week and focus on my lifestyle/vlog niche. Hopefully I will grow to 5k subs this summer when I will be one year of being a TH-camr, also consistent have increasing in views. Good luck to you!
