Homeless 1 month ago DANAE is NOT the realtor you want. She seems to just giggle and laugh and acts like her "Service" is worth 5% of the largest transaction of your life. I cant believe we had to pay her worthless contribution in the transaction. We asked for her to take the house off the market. She never would. Instead she just kept pushing us to sell. She lied and told us there was an new offer for substantially more. It was the same offer that was on the table already. She started calling me and my wife separately causing a division in our relationship. Do you want a realtor like that? You will not be in control of your deal. It sales people BS instead with high pressure and you have to pay? It feel like she was actually working for the buyer when we look back after talking to the buyer. Its too late for me. I lost my home because of this BS. Dont make the same mistake friend. If she is your client already then be warned. I feel like she owes us money for the all the lies. She is terrible at listening and an incredible phony. You will lose control of your deal. Be warned!

I think these lockboxes are great. I think it is really crummy that in the midst of this covid19 saga, they are charging so much to reactivate if you can't pay by May 1st. Can SMDRA help do something about this? "Unpaid agents will have their SentriCard suspended and a reactivation fee of $57.87 will be added to the total amount due. Suspended cards can be immediately reactivated via payment to SentriLock. If you have any questions, contact Tech Support at 513-618-5800."

I hope they are including "Real Estate Photographers" which are essential for creating virtual tours to help bring buyers and sellers together while practicing social distancing. I have procedures in place to make sure there is no human contact when I photograph and create a virtual tour when I arrive at a property. II have a Covid-19 Acknowledgment Form for Realtors & Homeowners to sign before I arrive to keep the public safe. Which states the following: If anyone is sick (including your children), coughing, sneezing, and/or not feeling well. Please reschedule your photoshoot prior to arrival. Realtors, please refrain from attending the photoshoot to limit unnecessary personal interaction (social distancing) . I am a Career Professional and can perform the shoot in an expert manner without the Realtor's attendance. If the homeowner or tenant attendance cannot be avoided, all persons will remove themselves from the property, during the photoshoot. This could mean stepping outside or going into the garage while the photographer is on-site. You will urge property owners/tenants to clean and disinfect the property. Even though I am wearing a fresh pair of surgical gloves, I will not touch or move anything inside of the property for everyone's safety. It is your responsibility to turn on all lights, open blinds, turn off ceiling fans/computers/T.V.'s, hide garbage cans & kleenex boxes, all interior doors and ensure all personal items are put away prior to my arrival. I hope the industry sees us as essential as I feel we are an important part of real estate transactions.
