Hey! Did you do cold emails all throughout high school? I am a freshman right now and I am wondering whether I could start cold emailing for interns this upcoming summer. I want to do this to mainly get the vibe of what I enjoy and am passionate about, so perhaps I shall do cold emails for shadows as well. Would you say emailing people on a university website ( ex. USC) would be a good way to go about cold emailing?

Hi, it's Sara! Yes, I was offered a scholarship at the time of the offer. In the offer, it was a very vague amount and title. After I accepted the offer, I was given the specific amount and which specific scholarship it was for. Hope this helps!

Hi, thank you so much for the video! I took a few grade 11 courses in grade 10, and I'm not very proud of the mark I got :( Will these marks be sent to universities when I apply? Tysm!!
Hi! It really depends on what the program you want to get into requires, usually, they shouldn't matter (especially for Ontario universities!), but definitely check the uni websites to be sure. For context, for business programs, only grade 12 marks were taken into consideration. Hopefully this helps alleviate any stress you have by a little, applying to uni's can be really stressful 🥰
Not buying fresh baked bread when it is aviable is a NO-NO!!!!!
When visiting Spain, and the "Alhambra", our Guide was a Danish Speaking, young Spanish man, who had spent a year as exchange Student in a Danish School, and spoke a fine Danish! Not something to expect in most other places in EU!
That's awesome! I'm trying to pick up some Danish during my exchange in Copenhagen, but its hard sometimes because the locals will start speaking English when they realize you aren't fluent 😂
Don’t trust adds about the Coca-Cola or other soda brands stuff either. But if you want to taste a few sodas then there’s sodas from ‘faxe-kondi’ and Carlsberg ‘squash’, but some places you can also find locally made sodas or other brands than the big giants like Coca-Cola and Carlsberg. If you go into some “Rema1000” stores you can even find my favorite sodas “økologisk sodavand” those are a category of ‘organic soda’ and they sometimes have some very tasty options that mix deferent tasty berries and fruit. Would definitely recommend. Rema1000 isn’t a Danish store brand but it is less expensive than some stores. 🥲 Sorry I just rambled on about sodas, but I hope it helps. 😅

What you call the Harry Potter room was my study spot 20 years ago. But back then, the place was filled with private booths, and except for exam season, there would only be 3 people in there. Me, a guy in life sci and a lady. In my final year, much to my dismay, they removed the booths and installed open tables. And then it got really crowded. I see nothing has changed in Douglas, except I see the ashtray in my old smoking spot isn’t there anymore. But I guess no one smokes anyways these days.

💡Correction: The fine for not paying on the metro is 750DKK ($130 usd or $148 cad)!
And don’t get started on if you forget to pay it. Because it stacks, and if you forget you can quickly owe more than 900 kr. ( 120+ euro or 130+ USD) within a few months. 😖 This is honestly where Denmark is being a prick towards those who don’t get a lot of money. As you need money to pay for a bike, you need money to pay for transportation and you need money to cover any expensive fines. So unless you get a bike you are going to pay each month. And if your bike get stolen then well that sucks for you 😕 That said the taxes won’t bite you as hard if you have to transport yourself around using the public transportation system, so that’s at least something.
