Beautifully played, What a lovely little gem. So peaceful, yet Henriques was a rebellious character. He hated school and smothered his text books with musical doodles. He learned the violin from several eminent players and became a much loved and respected teacher, an inspirational improviser and quite an eccentric conversationalist.

This is the best version I could find on TH-cam. It is second only to one that was recorded by the Chamber Liszt Orchestra, for Mezzo; Too bad this version is no longer available on TH-cam. Someone took it away. There is a recording that I believe is one of the recordings the orchestra made the day they recorded Concerto RV565. Here's the link: m.th-cam.com/video/KsCEEV7HPUw/w-d-xo.html

What does that mean?
@@M_SC think @hannesheinz720 is referring to ensembles that try to say true to the baroque style of playing. Such ensembles often use instruments with gut strings and use less vibrato. The way orchestras used to look, but with the sexes reversed. :) I like the tempi here, expressively very effective.
Vivaldi usually wrote for all female orchestras....
