I am using the cover from ESR with a kickstand at the back. You can slide the kickstand in one of the secretarial pockets to secure the iPad mini and keep it stable. 😊

Hi it won’t fit the 14in, however if you go to their website they have a bigger option of Tokyo tote that can fit up-to 15in of laptop this would be the perfect option for you. 😊

I have had this tote for about a year now and if packed with a water bottle, umbrella, and a notepad or two it gets really heavy and uncomfortable to carry on one shoulder, also the shoulder strap will slide down whilst on your shoulder. So even though it's a nice bag it's not ideal if you are walking with it for longer than 20 minutes at a time

As for the shoulder straps it gives comfort and so far I haven’t experience constant falling out of straps on my shoulders. You might want to watch my review after 7months of using the bag.
