with melted crowns,

So the fire got cold
just like the words I’ve been told,

I should stop looking for gold,

find something else to pursue,
trading the old for new.
Like a lost commuter
I walked many paths,
I thought that’d lead to
a break though,

those roads are filled with angry mines.
I’ve been bulldozed

I opt to stay under the radar.
Polaroids as memoirs

my fictions of the truth ,

bleeding kings.
A reckless feat,
drowned in greed.
