    I hope many more people view and absorb this - it is utter gold….beautifully authentic advice about how to embody connection to open awareness. Stripped back approach, containing only what matters, excluding the ritual and labelling and hierarchy that can be found in traditional practices that are not necessarily relevant to westerners

    Beautiful description of inner knowing. The closest concept to inner knowing is well-being to me. It’s also beyond all thought processes. It’s more of a feeling or a sense that all is good and that there’s nothing to add to it. Nothing to fix or correct. Both inner knowing and well-being are fear-free states. Love being in those states.

    In the used bookstore yesterday, I was searching for a specific book. It was not there. This book literally started screaming at me. I've been in a huge self improvement mode for the last 3 months. Reading, listening to many of the great speakers, shedding old beliefs. I'm a pianist, composer and private piano teacher since 1997. I've had amazing success as a teacher, my students are quite amazing. I've rediscovered in the last few months that I have a huge amount to offer the world. And I am changing the world now already....my small world as it currently is anyway. I desire to touch the whole world with my spirit through my music and my capacity for human connection and compassion and wisdom. I am only a few chapters into the book, and I've cried twice. I am moved by your approach to your thoughts and wisdom and I'm grateful for the results within me. Thank you. I'll read this book a thousand times .

    Another point I would add is following up with potential clients. For most, coaching is a new thing that they haven't considered before, so they do need time to let that thought sink in. In sales, we know that it takes from 5-7 calls to close a sale :)

  • @trainerfacilitatorexecutiv4673
    @trainerfacilitatorexecutiv4673 7 ปีที่แล้ว

    Awesome video! Thanks both of you! Enrollment is such an important topic for coaches and one that involves so many levels, including self-confidence and self worth. One thing that I noticed I use consistently, without thinking about it strategically, is teaching the potential client about how to chose a coach and about the importance of being a match. I don't ask them to commit on the spot, but I do get their email to send them a detailed proposal that lays out how I work, what coaching is, packages, logistics, my bio...

    • @joelmonk2309
      @joelmonk2309 7 ปีที่แล้ว
