I grew up racing barrels here in Dallas Texas in the inner city part. I come from a long lineage of black people who rode horse. Before cars EVERYBODY had to ride horses for transportation. Why wouldn't we be getting around like everybody else in America when riding a horse was the only means of transportation? Also before black people mass migrated to inner cities we stayed on rural farms where we had livestock and a horse was necessity.
