6 months carnivore diet, intermediate fasting, sun light for 30 min am pm sun, simple yoga with breathing techniques 2 times a day, grounding for 45 minutes, supplement: Taurine, magnesium, vitamin D3, B12, Zinc copper. Sleep by 10 pm, anxiety is the main culprit, dont panic, dont read negative comments & stop googling, learn neuroplasticity techniques, with in a year your central nervous system will become normal & you can achieve silence. Tinnitus is not for life.

Thank you. I would like to also consider nutritional elements to therapy. My tinnitus started after applying a heavy duty antibiotic to a pseudonymous ear infection in 2016. The damage is done to my cells but the intensity and frequency of the tinnitus varies. I cannot identify many triggers. It starts both when relaxed or stressed. That’s why I want to try reducing caffeine and sugar to see they are implicated. Distraction is very useful. I hardly notice it at work (I’m a CPN). It starts when I’m driving or just relaxing. In the beginning it made me feel anxious but now it’s just part of me.

Hello, I found answers to some of my questions with the help of this webinar. Accurate diagnosis in treatment is very effective. I think if child and adolescent psychologists, especially in Iran, have adequate information about misophonia, referring them to specialists in this field early on can greatly help them. I will try to introduce my colleagues and families to your webinars so that they can benefit from your valuable content. Thank you all, especially Mersedeh and beloved Rebecca.

Thank you for researching this topic. I experienced this al my life and then it became severe during a series of stressful events. It was all rooted in my nervous system’s lack of capacity to handle stress-rooted in early childhood abuse. Make sure to study the history of people in your research. Polyvagal theory is key to understanding these conditions.

The noises he lists are not the noises that torment me every day. I hate impact noises like things banging, car doors slamming, house doors slamming, any type of doors slamming, pounding on doors, hearing neighbors do pounding by doing woodworking and carpentry stuff next door, and especially stomping from neigbors in apartments above me, etc. I don't know why they only talk about chewing and breathing noises when they talk about misophonia. It is a hatred of a variety of sounds depending on the patient for those who suffer from it every day. My types of trigger sounds just happen to be impact noises.
