Stumbled across your vid while looking for circuit board etching for pedals, loved your video these pedals look amazing, love how they look with some unintentional etch splatter goodness too, the rat and the 25 pedal. Is this possible with an inkjet printer using the same technique, or even just a hand drawn sketch in ink on the shiny paper? Finally getting into building some pedals and the art work is probably my fave part 😂 other than the cool sounds. Have subscribed and will check out ur other vids for more ideas, thanks Mann!

Do You know how to invert the effect? For example in the ring modulator, to start in the low frecuency and when You put tour hand closet to the LDR the effect sweeps to the high frecuency. Thanks.

Oh i thought qe would get to look at the circuit specifics not just a show and tell.

I got the original! Let me give some advice. Bias it for -4,5V (that's how it's biased by EQD) and put in low gain trannys (around 150 - 200 hfe). The original has 2N3903, but a similar type with low gain will also do fine. Low gain is important for that pedal. Also fuzzes tend to sound similar if you crank the gain knob on the amp. Play them into a clean amp. Then you'll hear massive differences. Black Ash sounds best if you play it through a clean amp.

This thing with the right LP/BP Variable Filter & a RingMod would be timbral MAGIC for synthesizers & lush ambient guitar stuff combined with some drive and time-based effects. Gotta find a schema for this V2!

I have a clone with added mid switch. Don't have "original" for comparison, but hell it sounds great. Isn't even Hizumitas a clone of that cheap Japanese 70's pedal, a Muff-clone that wen't wrong for a good way...

analog rectifier octave sounds so right on de-tuned guitars. i am just down to C# standard, on strat scale, because it makes my 12 to 56 feel like a 0.010" set.
