@bresnetperez6255 when did you start playing? Because they removed that encounter here recently. Now the only way he shows up at the beginning is if you're playing in hardcore mode or something like that lol

@bresnetperez6255 😁 yeah that's the reason. They for some reason thought the light reaper at the beginning was too punishing for new players but Said for the ones who still Want that encounter can select hard mode. If you ask me it's a lot better with the light reaper coming in at the beginning. It sets the tone for the rest of the game

@bresnetperez6255 yep some of these decisions that the developers make really has Me questioning where they are getting their information from. As far as I know is the only complaint being if you beat the light reaper early it locks you out of the special attack

@hmanasoulol1397 a certain mixed physick can convert elemental damage into health regeneration. You can hear the effects of it everytime he takes a hit

@Menhart45 depends on the ending you are going for. If you lit the beacons then there is one more step you have to do. Not sure what it is. I think you have to light all the beacons and defeat all the major bosses except for the final boss of course

If you light one becacon then you havr to light them all before he shows up i think .....Light all 5 beacons and then try again.

If you haven't lit any then try defeating all the major bosses

@alliedblade7663 player activity and the complete disregard for covenants and the player limit. And then this game comes out. It's like they are ignoring all of the people who played their games for years in favor for the more casual audience

@ Ahh gotcha. Yeah the covenants from like ds1 and ds2 imo were the best. Even though ds2 got alot of hate, I think its one of the best for pvp and there's alot of interactivity in the game. If Nightreign does stay completely as pve, it might turn out as Sekiro where at some point it won't be played but so much.

@oldscratch2506 that's what I'm talking about. And what I mean by "Needs" is after people beat it they won't play it anymore except for a select few. Pvp always makes the experience new. But playing the same thing over and over again will get boring real quick. If they want players to stay on the servers the need to add some kind of side game where people play on teams against other teams. Like you said even a race would work

@ I agree. I’m also curious as to how deep of a story we are getting here. The game being 40 bucks (I heard that correctly, right?) has me wondering just how much content we are getting. I want to know what the endgame hook is. I’ll kill bosses all day, but to what end? PvP could easily tie it all together.

@isaacb8392 you have to save at a inn in order to make the gift go through. On Xbox it's impossible but Playstation is very do able
