Mania, yes we marinate meat for hours before putting it on the grill since the flavors can penetrate through. Then we also season it with various spices. Very flavorful and juicy. Never dry and tough. However, it depends on the cook. Bad cook’s meat will be dry and tough 🤣😂😂
