Many previous champions have had to vacate their title because of injury. Just because Jones is one of the greatest and has an impressive resume, doesn’t mean he is exempt from the rules. Jamahal Hill, Jiri Prochazka, and Dominick Cruz have all lost their belts due to injury. If Dana is gonna coddle him and let him keep the belt he should at least be fighting Tom.

I agree that the best way forward is to find a lifestyle that fits with your personality. That said, there are non-stimulant medications that many have found helpful. They still alter brain chemistry though, so not to be taken lightly.

I got diagnosed recently with inattentive ADHD and this vid was really helpful, I was offered meds and im still unsure, especially with the addictive side to it. The idea of taking it only when you really need to seems like a good option, thanks for sharing your story about it!

The problem with Sam Harris is the fact that he has clearly misquoted biblical scripture and other debates and he like most people will not himself bring up any scripture that would go against what he is trying to say. In other words he's only going to quote things to you based on what he thinks will make his argument stronger. Alex O'Connor seems very knowledgeable on the Bible almost to a degree that he knows it from cover to cover yet I have seen him debate two different people on the Bible. Two different people in the Bible who are political debaters and not biblical debaters. So it's not like Sam Harris and Alex O'Connor are going out of their way to debate the sharpest and the brightest they're selectively debating people who they know are not Bible scholars. Sam Shamounia. William Lane Craig. Frank Turek. Those are three people that would bury Sam Harris and Alex O'Connor. But neither of these guys are going to debate any of those guys. There's a really famous guy who uses his previously held job at the Vatican as an interpreter to try and make truth claims. For example I can't remember his name right now he says the Bible is about aliens and not about a God exactly. How does he do this? He literally tells you that he swaps certain words out for other words and this is how he comes to the conclusion. He will do this while getting Old testament scripture and New testament scripture completely wrong.
