At the beginning and 3:58 - 4:04 audio cuts out for me. Does it cut out for anyone else?
One of the few random small channel videos I've come across that is actually good or even great!
great point, keep it up!
*affects
I can’t believe I actually consciously wrote that. Thanks
I found it funny how you said "ok" when talking about a person who wants do die at 50. I find such a wish pretty weird too, given that's about the age one retires (if they can and/or want). I find somewhere between 80 and 90 the ideal age range to die at. It's the best balance of healthy, able body and long, enjoyable life.
❤❤❤
You're pretty smart for 14 yo. Good job, keep it up!
Toxic Positivity is what bring us to accept shitty living conditions. Now it's "personal responsibility"? F*ck off. If your stupid decisions screw me, I won't fake a smile to not make you feel bad, because you won't deserve it. This is the reason genuine happiness died long ago: cowardly offering smiles.
who the ,, is this kid, everyone is philosphoer these days lol
everyone preaching like they the next elon musk
Several months ago I was diagnosed with ADHD and autism. I realized that my social anxiety would cause for me to be highly irritable, because of my neurodivergence, and that would make me behave more impulsively in conversations. After giving it a thought, in the months after the diagnosis, I realized that if I wanted to build and keep good relationships I needed to start being more pleasant under all kinds of social circumstances. Great video, I enjoyed your insights. Very helpful to frame a more productive mindset.
Your channel is average
Damn
Yeah I've always felt it's been a perpetual cycle of trying to impress people who don't care for you

1:56 It looks like you see perfection merely as a way to be considered special by others, rather than a mean to achieve meaningful things. Perfection should be strived to improve oneself, others and humanity as a whole, not primarily as a way to look better or more skillful than the rest (and using perfection only as a way to appear better than others would make you a narcissist, or at least highly egotistical, which is not good). 4:24 Here you also make a statement as if being good at everything would place you in a dilemma: you either work in a job that combines both math and Latin, or you don't work at all. However, this is obviously flawed because you don't have to combine both skillsets at one single job. You could work as both things separately. Generally speaking, this also gives you more chances to find new jobs, because if you weren't able to get a job that used mathematics at one place, you could try getting a job that requires Latin instead. People also don't require a singular dream they must follow; a lot of people have a lot of dreams they wish to make true. If someone were to love both math and Latin, using your statement, you'd be telling them to choose one thing they love the most, and throw the other thing they love the least to the trash, because if they don't they'll have a harder time looking for jobs (when it's actually the opposite). 4:44 Back in the day, there were in fact a lot of people who were good at multiple things at the same time. These people were called polymaths, and a lot of the pioneers of current age's science were, in fact, polymaths themselves. This is because being good at multiple things makes your brain all-around good, makes your knowledge sharp, and gives you an upperhand when it comes to coming up with innovative, new solutions or ideas. 5:42 Same thing as a point I made before. People don't need "a final choice" in their life. They can be multiple things, they just don't have to do all of them at the exact same place, time and moment. 6:48 Seems here that you're confusing definitions of the word "good." You say "if you're _good_ at everything, you're ultimately _good_ at nothing." In the first "good," you're comparing one's own skillsets with other people's skillsets, which means that you are good compared to other people. However, in the second "good," you are comparing one's own skillsets with one's own skillsets, which means that you are not good at anything (compared to yourself) because all of your skills are equally at the same level. You are using two different definitions of the word "good" (because you're comparing different things) and appearing as if you were using the same definition. 8:16 I don't think most people who are "perfect" live miserably. Most times from what I've seen, they only try to perfect those things they're most passionate about, which means that they will become good solely at the things they are truly interested about. You would only be "perfect" and live miserably if you tried to be good at things that you absolutely dislike and hate. Also, I think the main point of your video is that you don't need to have straight 10s in every school subject, rather than being perfect makes you not-noble. People who have good school grades are not always the smartest folk, but the smartest folk (usually) always get good school grades. Being good at every school subject won't guarantee you become a millonaire either, but it also won't make finding a job harder. 2:07 Almost forgot to mention this timestamp. As I said before, I think people who are perfect would only get stressed at being perfect if they were trying to master things they didn't like.
This is critical gold. Thank you so much❤️
Hey Elias. First of all, congrats for your flawless English. I definitelly enjoy your videos and find them very helpfull. Take care.
cope. Keep thinking muh gym and muh diet will get you any where above average
what does this line of thinking achieve though?
New follower here, and I’m really loving the simplicity of your videos! You've truly inspired me to start creating content without getting caught up in perfectionism. Thanks a ton for the motivation, hermano!
De nada, tío.
People see the world with a very big "all or nothing" mindset it seems like. Maybe most people just dont notice the gray zone in between idk if that makes sense
You're right. We should all strive for making ourselves better. We should stop following other's footsteps like sheeps.
Thanks for the great video! So basically your attitude is the tide that lifts or lowers the ships around you. Just imagine if everyone was friendly all the time despite them feeling down, there'd be quite a lot of ships sailing on high waves :) Btw, Elías, I was wondering whether there's any chance for your followers to talk to you online and if so, how can this be arranged?
Thank you! Good idea, expect some way of speaking soon
Romanian here, I just started 11th grade and because last year my average was 10 there now is a HUGE amount of pressure on me. I hate this school system.
A system that allows you to excel at everything… is a flawed system. Nu te stresa, fiindcă nimeni n-o să te întrebe ce note aveai în a 11-a. Să fim serioși.
Ive been hitting the gym for 3 months now, i can see some noticable changes in my body not too crazy but I can notice the newbie gains. Anyway i was very skinny but now everyone is saying that im looking even better, what bothers me is that im not even ugly i am above average in looks and it sucks that even if you already look decent enough to most women you still have to put in the work in your body to get viewed as “not average”.
real bro , especially with spanish my voice changes compared to english , french or arabic
Vaya políglota 💪
Mai multi tineri ar trebui sa gandeasca asa. Continua pe drumul care te face cel mai fericit!
super
Explains why my life is a joke, im always in chronic pain
Don't worry. Be happy. (One of the best songs ever. Look it up). Also. This Bible verse says, "THE JOY OF THE LORD, WILL BE MY STRENGTH".
If something can be destroyed by truth, it must be destroyed by truth
Finally a 14 year old that isn't an andrew tate clone. Your words are deeper and more articulate that some university professors.
But I will add when you make certain claims. Especially about what happened in the past, please bring reliable sources as proof for your claim. I am a pharmacist so speaking from my expertise i will say. When you talk about caffeine is bad bring me a study that shows that caffeine causes problems(but of course in this case the dose makes the poison)
itrue perfection is not about being flawless but rather having control over oneself and the ability to manipulate all parts of one’s being at will. It involves recognizing and overcoming one’s instincts, allowing for growth and development
true. i am an argentinian studying pure math in university and i feel it. because here in high school its almost imposible to have straight 10s. So we dont have your problem. In university, its even more difficult to get straight 10s... except for pure math. The avarage student has 10s or 9s in every subject. (we pass with a 4) unlike most careers were the avarage may be like a 6. So it is very stressfull to have to study for a 10 in every test. Because unlike in high school, university grades matter for future schollarships or jobs as an investigator or a professor. Its unbelievable to me that you suffer this through high school... high school is made to have fun guys
U look perfect for me

Some solid advice right here 🔥

Football, carnaval, pretty women 🎉🎉🎉
Would really like to listen to you speak about the concept of religion :)
That would be amazing
Probably the best one I’ve heard of yours so far! Nice!
Listen up Junior you need to prove heaven actually exist before you can claim to describe any features about it. You’re just lying claiming to know things that you either don’t know or can’t know is called lying and that’s what Christianity is. Christianity is a lie and Christians are liars.
Don't let the allure of success lead you to shed your uniqueness and authenticity. Your videos are already awesome regardless of how many views they get.
👍👍
Man i dont now were you are pulling out this information, but is very inspirational, thx for the message!
