I am really trying to figure out what is causing the weird characteristics of the sound when I play single notes, especially with the bridge pickup. An example can be heard in the second half of this video. It's like a farty sort of swell to the notes. Very annoying. Is it my picking technique? The amp? The speakers? The pickups? Whatever it is I'm hoping to figure out how to stop it from happe...

January 2-3, 2025 Just put on some new strings and the A string is buzzing. Sometimes new strings need to settle in a bit. At least that's what it seems like.
