The bowl is not heavier on the smaller circle side, the bowl has a taper on the on the "smaller circle" side.

Does the back of the mat have to be on or in front of the 2m line? I wasn't sure if it is legal to have any part of the mat touching the 2m line or does it have to be the back of the mat?
