I would put money on GORILLA GRODD to conquer Darth Vader. The force will be cancelled out against Grodds combination of Telepathy , Telekinesis and force fields. Grodd is way too physically superior compared to Vader who does have enhanced physical strength due to his cybernetic limbs but sadly it wouldn't help him much.
