I think this is backwards, the stuff with Josephine was more interesting than the abbreviated, melodramatic and shallow telling of Napoleon's political career. The movie's not that great but it's one good idea is using the arc of their relationship as a parallel to the rise and fall of Bonaparte's career.

Its a trash revisionist book based on distortion, falsehood, and lies. Know that before reading it and do so with a critical eye for the details. Goodrich is a bit of a nut.

I have the accompanying illustrated book that came out at the same time. Pictures detail the history, machines, characters, factions and so much more. Well worth buying if you can find one.

Tony, Kas, Woo, Spencer, Trish, Sarah. Dosent seem like a forgotten cast

feels like it was written by a guy who watched Gamer (2009) and thought, hey, why dont we do a modern direct to streaming action version with twitch streaming elements, but like, someone asked if it is like a Robocop future where murder game shows are legal and super popular or if this is a weird dark niche crime thing that is underground and only poplar in dark corners of the internet and the answer was, why not do both? we can save money that way!

Of all the words I'd use to describe the crucifixion "bloodless" would not be one of them haha.

finally someone who agrees. it was a very good movie until the introduction of that person living under their house. then it became stupid. after that the only good segment was when it started raining and the poor peoples' house got flooded. that was realistic and a good contrast.
