I think I'm more a bit in the know regarding chinese culture. What they showed at the beginning was Taichi. It's self-defence and meditation; I think the purpose is to show that they have the calmness in mind. I'm not sure about the rest, and generally I can't understand the speaker, there's a lot of echo. Very backward thinking of displaying their skillset. I m sure they have more to offer rather than showing off a coordinated martial art fight scene. In real combat, this kind of jumping and kicking isnt really effective. If they get that close during a firefight, u r probably going to die or be overrunned. Should probably show how they do basic breaching, demo or hostage rescue.
