The sound was truly atrocious at this show. All Rivers' guitar and no vocals or other instruments. Yet when I listen to this video it sounds fine. Hmm. Great show! My first time seeing a rock band at a casino.

I would have hated myself if I didn't even attempt to record my favorite solo section of all time. Ironically enough, this was the best I've ever heard Nels do it live and I've watched waaay too many different live takes on youtube. Oh well... hopefully someone recorded this.

The guy who stopped me wasn't even a security guard. I would love if someone could explain why certain venues enforce a strict no filming policy. I don't get it. Seems like it's great publicity (unless your venue looks like shit like the Mayo Civic Center) But this was an amazing show. Definitely have to check Wilco out again, though not here.

Professional opinion - Since you're standing front and center, you're getting blasted by River's actual amp itself from the stage, while you're you're also outside of the coverage of the house system. In small venues, this can happen... Especially when seriously cranked 4x12s are involved.
