Did I meet Nazis in Iran? - Isfahan pt 1
I ripped my pants - lets see, how i solved this and if there were Nazis involved.... th-cam.com/channels/eX_NV0tur33DxCDe-Gf-cA.html I'm kidding .. I dont met Nazis, but a lot of persians are looking back for the old Schah time, where Reza Schah Pahlavi had very good connections to Nazi - Germany, so those signs might be a expression to this. if you consider a donation, here is my paypal: paypa...

    Yes, there are "Nazi-sympathizers" in Iran today, but they're a microscopic minority, and most of them only do it to be edgy; they're not super serious about it. Unfortunately, many (but by no means most) Iranians to this day do hold the belief that they're a superior "Aryan" race (which is a German influence that has stuck with us since the WWII). This is a belief common in all Persians around the world (including Persians of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan). Greetings from Iran 🌷

    • @MartinsAdventureQuest

      Really, is this Arian race thing that common in people's mind about their own? To be honest, didn't notice it.

    • @lambert801

      @@MartinsAdventureQuest It's only some Iranians that believe such things (a minority), and even with those, it's just something in the back of their minds, not something they think about everyday or bring up frequently in conversations. As you might know, Iran was designated as the only fully Aryan country in the world outside Europe by Nazi Germany... Such views were pretty common in Iran back then, and a little bit of it has remained with us.

    • @MartinsAdventureQuest

      Ahh, ok. So those thoughts are not super wide spread. A lot of Iranians seemed to me well educated. Thank you for telling me about the background

      I didn't ate noodles in Iranian restaurants yet. In my opinion, it's not a typical Iranian food, so I usually prefer other dishes. What's your favourite?

    • @YasamanYasamin

      Thank God that you didn't eat in restaurants, unless it was expensive restaurants in Tehran, which is still not like home. I personally use the leafy dolme in the west of the country, which is made with buttermilk and a little oil, beans and meat (Tehran and many other parts do not make dolme well, they use tomato paste, onions and cobs, and it tastes bad), leafy dolme and sour sweet cabbage dolme and Omelette with real tomatoes garlic and onions. I know the recipe for unmixed spinach and yogurt If you want I will write it for you. Mirza Ghasemi Homemade barbecue and chicken are also good sometimes. Tahchin that can be made in an electric rice cooker, and I like Fasanjan, which is usually sweet and sour or sweet, with which I can also make lettuce and yogurt salad. Saffron chicken is also good. But what I love is that sometimes I chop tomatoes, then add some thyme powder and olive oil and walnuts and eat them with bread and feta cheese or cucumbers and tomatoes and feta cheese and walnuts and bread and I like it very much.

    • @MartinsAdventureQuest

      I also ate in restaurants and street food places. But, yeah, the best meals are at people's home. 😃 But it sounds like you eat very healthy. I like that! Which recipe is this for spinach and yoghurt? I like both of them and I'm curious. Thank you

    • @YasamanYasamin

      It is true that sometimes one has to buy from a restaurant. Yes, I always try to follow healthy foods. The recipe for spinach and yogurt is to first put some spinach leaves in a pot with a cup of water and close the pot until it is cooked and a little water remains. In another pan, slice a large onion thinly and fry it with some oil until it is completely caramelized, then add salt and about a teaspoon of turmeric to the onions and fry for about fifteen seconds until the color of the turmeric becomes better, then add the spinach leaves to the onions and fry a little until the color of the spinach becomes a little darker, and then use any tool you have to crush the spinach and onions a little until they are slightly crushed and the taste of the onions and spinach is mixed together and the onions are not too obvious. In another container, mix some yogurt, such as Iranian yogurt, which has a sour taste, with one or two grated garlic cloves, and then eat with some bread. Like this, put some spinach on the bread and then put some yogurt on the spinach and eat. If you don't have local Iranian yogurt, you can also use Greek yogurt. If it doesn't work out well the first few times, it's okay, and after practicing a few times, you will learn the measurements perfectly and become a professional. It is very simple and delicious. Of course, it is still a matter of taste and you may like this recipe or maybe you try it and don't like it. But I hope that if you make it one day, you will like it and that it requires practice.
