This is true as in Volume 2 not even Dr Oobleck didn't want to fight the Goliaths despite being a very experienced huntsmen. Then you get to this game and Volume 7 where we take them down no problem, damn hate to see it happen.

Id say its fun with friends and fun fact: This takes place between the end V2 and beginning V3. Do be aware it can be a little annoying to do by yourself.

No. It’s really not. It’s one of those games where the biggest defense is “it’s fun with friends” like dude.. that’s like almost any game. Play it by yourself and trust me, you’ll be half asleep by hour one lmao.

@@robertbarrows6687 Of course, Its definitely a sleeper hit. The artwork and design is really great. Though the enemy placement is definitely not WayForwards best. Especially when we get to a certain “train level”. Dont worry though I really do love this game and do intend finishing it!

Will confirm for you my friend, without a doubt Arrowfell is the better game, but highly recommend Grimm Eclipse if your looking to play RWBY with friends.

@@KillaCheeto56 Artworks did a Rwby game in 2022 named Rwby Arrowfell but the bad thing is that is not a fighting game but a platformer that looks like a mobile game

@pandaken4239 Yeah I know. Arcsys only published it though. Wayforward were the ones who developed it.

@pandaken4239 I would be so damn happy if we got one at some point. If Arcsys were the ones to make it, they could reuse the Team RWBY and Neo sprites if they decided to stick with the Blazblue style. But since Mori left Arcsys, there's a chance it wouldn't use that style and instead go in the Guilty Gear direction graphically instead. Damn, the more I talk about it, the more I want it.

No it was a boring generic hack and slash with less than the bare minimum effort put into it. If it didn’t have the RWBY title in it, it never would have received any traction at.. I mean it still didn’t but it flat out would have made next to nothing. Rwby games are and will forever be cash grabs.

She was confident because she never lost a fight that we saw and all damage did was make her stronger. But in a single slash Adam changed her whole outlook and she’s been slowly coming to grips with that.

@@nathanielreik6617 The plan should've been to humble her as a fighter, not as a person. Yang completely deteriorated as a character when they took her charming brawler personality away.

@@DoobiousCreature Mind-boggling how you can see a character be wholly depressed and traumatized after losing an arm and still think her character was made shitty because of that.

@@izzycirrus There's characters that should've received this writing, and Yang wasn't it. PTSD as a plot device to destroy a popular character's personality to the point of being the polar opposite of herself is super unfortunate writing. She should've had a conclusive character arc that turns her back into the sunshine character - it's literally her entire role within team RWBY. Weiss is cold and calculated, Blake is sneaky and thoughtful, Ruby is charismatic and good-hearted, Yang is optimistic and brave. Dealing the PTSD card to Yang was a bad move by Miles, especially the decision to not let her have a proper character arc that explores regrowing her confidence and optimism - no, quite the opposite actually, him and his writing team sent her straight to Raven where she was confronted with the reality that her mother could've saved her from losing her arm and chose not to.

Yeah, the concept of a RWBY game was exciting to me as soon as I noticed it, but after playing I started to notice why I never heard of anything about the game, because it's pretty bad-.

Can't even tell ya how many times I have paused the game to eat and come back to a game over screen.

At first I was thinking they'd add CFVY honestly they could even add more lvls

Food fight, training, add villains, more intense storyline, challenges, playable lobby arena, mario party style stuff... so much potential.

@@DNITE1337another set of good ideas that should be utilized. Maybe even just adding a combo system besides button mashing your way through, would help to make the game more interesting, especially if they were to add more content.

The game's a blast with friends. Solo it's a chore.
