Hey, could you tell me why when i envelope distort the top the letters are unreadable? (that does not happen with the bottom half of the circle)
Make sure that the shape layer is above the text layer, then try again. Let me know if that solves your problem.

What do you use to make this?

Every time I go to envelop distort and click make with top object it says “this requires a selection of multiple objects” I can’t get it to work
Make sure that the text is below the shape that you want to use. let me know if that solves your problem.
@@naoufelnouar2747I figured it out. I did not know I had to hold shift while selecting multiple objects. Thankyou for the tutorial I am going to continue to expand my knowledge with illustrator
Why isn't the title, "How to make a text ball?"
i have a question everytime trying to let the text go into the shape it gives a error saying: for this need to be different objectes been selected, the top object must exist out of a path or of a symbol with a path. any idea why and how to fix and let go into the shape
Ensure the text is positioned beneath the desired shape. Please let me know if this resolves the issue for you.

pathfinder option isnt there
Click on "Windows," and you'll find the Pathfinder option. Select it, and the panel will appear.

Of course, well the tool I used called Pathfinder, if you can’t find it, go to window and then you’ll be able to find it, just click on Pathfinder and then all the features of this tool will pop up just like mine on the video, please let me know if you have any other questions

How can i get a color code on the left?
I simply create rectangles or squares using the rectangle tools, and I give each one of them the colors that I want to use, this is making me work faster and be more organized.

Are you able to do this for a design of my own? Or anyone for that matter as I only have iPad version of Adobe Illustrator and this function is not available. Or if anyone knows another iPad or online app to do this on??
After i click on Make With Top Object. It says (The top object must or single path or mesh). WHY?
Be sure that the text is below the shape that you want to use. let me know if that solves your problem.

@@sr-ey4xq Make sure that you've already duplicated your shape, with one of the copies scaled down. Then try to open the blend options by clicking twice (double click) on the blend tool from the tools panel. Please let me know if that solves your problem.
