How was she not charged? She was feeding and keeping the knowledge of a giant crocodile in a lake that is well used for swimming and recreation, and posed a huge risk to people. After it killed at least 2 people. I'm fairly sure she'd be charged and the lake would be scoured from top to bottom for any more crocodiles, since you'd think after finding 2, they'd be wary of just assuming there's no more then those 2.

This movie jumpstarted my interest in crocodiles, & from there on. For Betty White to be in this...was very sentimental

It's a shame they did not make half way decent lake placid films after this one. So much potential and they chose to do what they did.

you know... I really wouldn't have put it past betty to actually do this with baby crocs... so long as momma and poppa weren't around I doubt she'd worry about it at all...
