These two blessings are said before the story of Torah, in English and Hebrew, as per the Korean Shalem Siddur.

Ashrei- (psalm 145)

This is a prayer that is a prelude to the Amidah prayer. This prayer begins with Ashrei (first word of the psalms) and ends with HalleluYah (the last word of psalm). It is thought of as encompassing the entire book of psalms.- Siddur Koren Shalem

29 years old and I remember from my childhood. You're the first one to actually have a melody almost exact to the congregation I was raised in. Bless
