This actually happened to one of my classmate

FR happened alot to me.

The problem is, your heart starts beating faster but this causes more blood pressure within blood vessels including those inside your crotch, so you just end up having a harder time making it soft. Getting bricked up works by blood pressure causing it to rise, so more blood pressure would just make it harder.(You get the good shit, your adrenal glands release adrenalin which just makes your heart beat faster and you get bricked up or bricked up harder...)
