Hi Areli. 👋. Speaking from my own experience, I can tell you that the mortgage payment does go up exponentially when the property taxes in your area and when the home insurance cost goes up. The lender adds those up divides by 12 months in the year and that is what goes in to your escrow account to pay taxes and home insurance. That is incorporated into your monthly mortgage payment. Now if you’re living in an HOA subdivision , then that is whole different animal. I’ve heard costs rise all over the USA and it really is squeezing budgets and causing major difficulties for many Americans. 😟. Im here tuning in to your video and just want you to know that I’m here cheering for you. Stay positive. You and your partner can conquer this. 🏡🚪🧺🪴🪟💯✅
