Here is some unedited raw footage of Dr. Isaac Greggs in action from I believe 2004. I had an opportunity to spend time with him for the entire semester.
😂😂😂 this never gets old man🤷🏾♂️
I love su I can’t even lie
I would’ve ran through a wall for a director like that. I love watching his satisfied facial expression as he conducts “My Girl.” It’s like he’s saying: “I’ve taught my kids well. They’re making something that was before their time sound the way it’s supposed to.” I’ve always respected and enjoyed the Juke because of Doc!
AWESOME!!!!
Let's not act like them starter jackets wasn't 🔥 back then. I had at least 13 of em & Southern was one.RIP Doc

My thoughts and prayers goes out to Dr. Greggs' family and the Southern Jukebox. Coming from a FAMU Marching 100 Member, we feel your pain to lose an icon. When Dr. Foster passed away in 2010, it was like losing a father.... Hold on to God's unchanging hands.... R.I.P. Doc Greggs!!!

for the longest I could have sworn that Southern played My Girl when I was there in 2004. I could not find footage and began to think that it was a dream until you brought out this video!!! I remember when the Southern University Fabulous Dancing Dolls finished a routine performance on the other side of the field and as they walked over to the home side, the band played My Girl!!! Thanks for the memories!! SU Jaguar for life. RIP Dr. Greggs!
