Funny that EA acts like adding a expansion team into Madden now days is in another stratosphere. In NHL they will let you run 2 expansion draft teams in the same season.

I have tried Head Coach 06 and 09. They would have been better served adopting certain aspects such as starting before the draft and the draft presentation (which was fantastic in both imo) to regular Madden.

Let's see... I just saw you go to, and lose in, the Super Bowl. I think there were a few observations I wanted to make but I've moved past and forgotten some... what I remember: -I assumed that down year was an aberration, I thought you were making a mistake thinking you couldn't return to 10+ wins; seems like your roster approach didn't hurt in that regard though -I would've gone with the CB, not the HB, in the draft; you mentioned you had been having a problem finding a worthy HB in the draft though... since we don't really see much of the draft, that's the variable that I can't account for. If there's more CB depth in the draft, in general, if HB had been a tougher position to find in the draft - finding a HB worthy of being a starter - then I could see how that might swing it. Falk threw for 5,000 yards that season and you kinda glossed over your roster's individual running production; you also didn't highlight Muhammad as a receiver. I saw that he was 5'11" 202 and a speed back, so I figured he probably had a nice season catching the ball (I mean, Falk threw for 5,000 yards, even if your HB isn't a talented receiving back, you'd expect him to be productive); he got something like 60 catches for 600+ yards as a rookie HB, that's not bad. And then he ended up being pretty big in the playoffs, with several big plays in every game. Hard to be disappointed with that pick, even if you'd've loved to have added the CB. -That's the 2nd playoff game you've lost because of, IMO, a really shitty spot by the line judges. Tough break. -Although if you want to do the "play well enough that the officials' mistakes don't matter" card... you think your D line is beastly, but come playoff time (when you watch instead of simming), seems like the opposing QB has... all... day. -Can you not change positions in Madden 2002? I'd've kicked Dishman to DT (he's 6'5" 300 lbs; if you're playing a 3-4, then fair enough, but if you play a 4-3, you could kick him inside and have him continue to be an impactful d-lineman for a few more seasons, at least... as long as his contract demands don't get out of control). Even more: you just drafted the 22 year old FS, 76 overall, with 84 speed; I assume you passed on the two SS because of position, but I'd've drafted the 21 year old SS with 88 speed (L. Green) and simply moved him to FS.

The way Ed Falk's career ended sucks but the story that came from it Lindsay stepping up and winning a Super Bowl in Falk's place was amazing
