This video just came across my feed with 0 context to what any of this is but it looks amazing, I've always been into mtg design and stuff like it, do you mind if I ask what this project is?
Absolutely! Revolution is typically a rotating standard-like format consisting of 6 community-designed sets, with the oldest rotating out in favor of a new set every January, May, and September 1st. Every 4th month of the year (April, August, December) there's a special variant tournament with a different rule-set than the usual standard fare. This month's special rule-set is Revolution: Eternal, which broadens the card pool to all 16 sets that have been used in the format's history. If you want to learn more, I highly recommend joining the Discord server in the video's description and checking out the Revolution channels to learn more, the community's both friendly and competitive so it's a great time all around! ❤

@@autinbutin2698 The curators are always happy to accept set submissions for the next rotation (which happens every 4 months on the 1st of January/May/September) over on the Custom Magic Discord linked in the video’s description. They’ve got a form you can fill out to submit that isn’t too hard to find! Just keep in mind, there’s only one way to guarantee the curators consider your project: play the format yourself! If you wanna know more, there’s plenty of great information and resources on the Discord, it’s a fantastic community c:
TL;DW: Proto-Class Behemoth has been changed and no longer acts as a removal spell; the version we were shown in the October patch was a mistake that has now been corrected. I'm ending the league run here rather than trying it with the new version; I don't think it would be fair to all of you to upload more videos of this run when I'm not enthusiastic about continuing after the change. There will be more Revolution to come though, don't you worry!

I'm getting into Custom MTG and Set Design more so watching these really does help show me how simple changes can really change how you think of a card like Chromagoyf! Thanks for making this!

at first, i thought it was weird that you were planning so far ahead in game 1, but realizing it's not nesc wrong because despite the curves, i think you are the control deck in this matchup
@@drakexiv yeah, my thinking was that thanks to Glauna, Feast, Vyrkolakas, Mecha, I have a lot of ways to sustain and close out the game if it goes long, but the only problem with that is that you’re better at getting on the board early as your individual threats are more meaningful whereas I’m much deeper on synergy.
