is this amp full tube? or tube?

The mg 100 head gets the same problem as the combo's, the volume changes on its own after a few years. I had a mg30dfx got the same problem.

I will but I'm going to start the guitar after my dad's garage is done which will be around Christmas time.

Your choice, Go for the MG if you are concerned about price but if you like this amp go for this, like I said it depends on what style of music you like and sound.

fairly detailed review these are just reissues of the AVT series which was around 10 years ago I think they stopped making them around 06-07 maybe later, you mentioned the FX send return are for the ipod etc its designed for effects units or pedals that go in the loop if you wanted better than the stock options. try an od out front to push the preamp for a sweeter overdrive

the AVT better cleans and can be pushed with an od for a better overdrive
