Awesome vid dude. In botpress when integrating with whatsapp, is there a way to hand the conversation from the bot to a human/agent so that we can chat manually with the customer using the same whatsapp/meta business number?

Does either of these two platforms have the option for a human fallback? Basically the bot assigning the chat to a human in very very specific cases?

It would be great if you could take some time to show off what's possible with current technology.
