How much is the price difference between this block and regular block? I would say huge ....
I think regular block needs skilled expensive labour + insulation etc. Here is all-in one. I've seen product live. Quotation is reasonable. Around 100EUR per sqm wall, sth like that
@@maciekloc2450 regular AAC block do not need skild labor , lots of people build houses with them by themselves in Eastern Europe . In order to prevent cracks in walls every two rows requires horizontal rebars , or at least under windows which are not possible to place with these blocks . They are too heavy . Due to the fact that the shape of them is too difficult to achieve they are too expensive. I do not know who would want more experience and a less reliable house to himself

so it is a suspended slab concrete structure with some 'aircrete' filler panels. ? icf looks better so far
but in order for this fairy tale to work, you need a perfectly level foundation on the entire horizontal plane..... The video shows that there are gaps on the real construction site, and all because of the poor quality of the foundation.
