K53 for parking
K53 for parking. This is done before you enter the parking bay and again when you leave the parking bay.
Any mirror or blind spot check not done or out of sequence is a 5 point penalty. If it adds to over 50 then you have failed the yard test.
Most common reason for failing drivers test is K53.

A brief description of the yard test layout at Milnerton Traffic Department. The yard test must completed in 20 minutes. Stopping is allowed Touch or knock a pole/obstacle is fail. Mounting a kerb is fail. You are allowed 2 attempts for both sides alley docking and parallel parking. 3 point turn is 1 attempt only. Rolling is a fail. The line at 6:40, I would advise not going over it and staying to your left , not necessary following the curve. One of the lady examiners failed me for going over it and said it’s a visible solid line. The test literally ended as soon as I followed the curve and went over the cross😅
Guess what. If you testing at Milnerton, Atlantis, Goodwood or Parow. You must stop with the back wheels over the yellow stop line. New rule since 3 months ago.
